DOMESTIC ORDERS(AUSTRALIA WIDE)

ALL YOUR ORDERS GET SHIPPED THE SAME DAY*

We stock our full range right here onsite at our Ace chef Apparels HQ warehouse. This means we can be focused on getting your orders out as quickly as possible. However, Embroidered items and orders containing Pre-Order or Back-Ordered products may not be dispatched on the same day 

  • Australian Online Orders placed by 1:30 pm are guaranteed to be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.
  • We ship domestically with Australia Post or our courier partners, whichever is faster and conveniently delivered
  • shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order value unless there are flat shipping options mentioned at the time of checkout.
  • Timeframe for Regular Shipping is 5-14 business days
  • Timeframe for Express shipping is 3-7 business days
  • Once the order is ready for dispatch, you will get tracking via email. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking information

COURIER SERVICES DELIVERY PROCEDURE:

Orders will be delivered between 9 am and 5 pm on business days, and require a signature. Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide us with a street address for delivery. In the event where no one is available at the shipping address to sign for a courier delivery, a note will be left by the courier delivery driver with instructions for how to book a re-delivery. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange a time for redelivery within the conditions set on the note. We will not be liable if the Delivery card or a note left by the courier driver is missing.

AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY PROCEDURE

If your order is shipped via Australia post, we usually opt for signature on delivery so if there is no attendance at the time of delivery, AUSPOST drivers would usually leave a card in your letterbox. We will not be liable if the Delivery card is missing or not in your letter Box. It becomes your responsibility to track your order using the tracking link provided to you in the email and collect it from your local post office. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us.

PICK UP ORDERS

We offer order pick-up if you are in Melbourne from our warehouse 11/50 Princes Highway, Eumemmerring Victoria-3177. If you have selected the 'Pick-up’  option as your shipping method at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email or text when your order is ready to collect. We may be required to review this as situations change, so please consider calling us on 1300 308 655 for a confirmation before you visit.

SHIPPING OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Please be aware that we try to ship orders when all items are available to dispatch – rather than part shipping your order. This means that if your shopping cart contains a Pre-Order item, your order will be shipped in full only when the Pre-Order item becomes available. Please Contact-us if you have Pre-Order items as part of your purchase and would like the available items to be shipped separately.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order has shipped we will email you with your invoice and a tracking number. The Australia Post and courier partners' website will contain instructions for how you can track your order. All domestic orders can usually be tracked within 10 hours after the tracking number has been received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ALL YOUR ORDERS GET SHIPPED THE SAME DAY

Shipping costs for international shipping will be calculated at checkout. Customs, duties, and fees may be incurred and are not included in the shipping calculation.

WE CHARGE ALL ORDERS IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR (AUD) CURRENCY

We offer indicative currency conversion on our website for USD, GBP, EUR, NZD, however, please note this conversion rate is indicative only, all orders will be charged in Australian Dollar currency AUD.

International Shipping Timeframes

  • International Online Orders placed by 12:00pm AEDT are also guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
  • We aim to process un-branded orders within 1 business day. 
  • Delivery to you can take between 7-15 business days depending on your region. 
  • You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped so you can follow your order until it arrives at its destination.
  • Please note, bulk orders that require embroidery or screen printing will take longer, and delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs, and duties. You will be provided a timeframe with your quote and our team will advise when your order is ready to ship.

Please contact us if you require an estimate for your order's transit time. During busy periods (i.e. Christmas) please allow for extra delivery time. 

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). For orders being shipped internationally, GST is not calculated on the item price.

Depending on your country, state, or region, you may be subject to import duties or sales taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

Goods can be detained in customs and fees incurred. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from courier companies or an import broker appointed by you. Ace Chef Apparels is not responsible for these charges. We recommend that you check your local customs office for the most up-to-date information.

Want to estimate your international shipping?

In a situation where we have mentioned a FLAT international shipping rate, the below does not apply. In such situations, please contact us for a better flat rate and we can certainly accommodate your request

If you would like a shipping quote on a bulk order, please add the desired items into your cart and navigate to your Shopping Bag where you will find an 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' calculator. Enter your delivery details and select Estimate to generate the shipping cost. Choose the shipping method and select the UPDATE TOTAL to total the cost of your order.

The rate is calculated based on the weight and quantity of our product and can be updated as you add more to your shopping bag.
