Setup and minimums
Screen printing requires a setup per design and per colour. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the number of colours and the garment type.
Turnaround
7 - 14 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available on request.
Repeat runs
We keep your screens on file, so a re-order of the same design skips the setup and goes straight into production.
Pricing is indicative only. Final cost depends on your logo's size, number of colours, print size and garment type, so prices may vary accordingly. All prices exclude GST.
Why choose screen printing
Screen printing is the right call for bold, eye-catching designs across a large team.
Vibrant, solid colour
Ink sits on the fabric as a solid block, so colours read strong even across a busy room.
Great for large logos
Excellent for large logos and bold graphics that need to be seen from a distance.
Cost-effective in bulk
By far the cheapest method once you are ordering for a whole team.
Consistent quality
Every garment in the run comes out identical — the same screen, the same ink, the same pressure.
Strong visibility
Ideal for events and promotional apparel where the brand has to carry.
Hard-wearing
Holds up to commercial laundering when printed on the right fabric.

Not sure? Send us your artwork and we will tell you which method suits it best — at no cost.
Before you send your artwork
Each colour in your design needs its own screen, which is a separate setup and a separate pass through the press. A one-colour logo is the cheapest way to print; a four-colour one costs more to set up but the same to run.
It depends on the colour count and the garment. As a rule of thumb, screen printing starts to make sense from about 10–20 pieces — below that, DTG is usually the better value.
Not well. Screen printing works in solid spot colours, so gradients and photographic detail are better suited to DTG printing.
No — it is a one-off per design. Once your artwork is set up we keep the file, so repeat orders using the same logo skip the fee entirely.
Yes. Quantity tiers are counted across the whole order, so jackets, aprons and polos all count toward the same volume break.
Often, yes — send us the garment details and we will confirm. On larger runs we ask for a test piece first, since we cannot accept responsibility for customer-supplied stock.
