What we can print on
DTG works best on cotton and cotton-blend garments. Filter by category to see what suits your team.
Nothing in that category yet — ask us and we will check.
DTG needs a flat print area, so pockets, heavy seams and structured caps are not suitable. We will flag anything that will not sit flat before production.
Work out your DTG price in seconds
Slide to your quantity and the price per garment updates live. There is no setup fee and no minimum — replace these figures with your own rates in Theme Customize.

No setup, no minimum
DTG needs no screens and no digitising, so there is nothing to set up and no minimum quantity. Perfect for test runs and one-off pieces.
Turnaround
Standard production is 7 - 14 business days after approval and payment. Faster turnaround may be available depending on order size.
Best on cotton
Cotton and high-cotton blends take DTG ink best. Polyester-heavy fabrics print duller — ask us before you commit.
Pricing is indicative only. Final cost depends on print size, placement and garment type, so prices may vary accordingly. Provide artwork in high resolution (PNG recommended) for best results. All prices exclude GST.
Why choose DTG printing
DTG is the best choice for detailed and artistic designs.
Full colour, no limits
Full-colour printing with no limitations on design complexity or colour count.
Gradients and fine detail
Prints gradients, shadows and fine detail that screen printing simply cannot hold.
Soft feel
A soft finish with no heavy ink layers sitting on top of the fabric.
No minimum orders
No minimum order requirements — ideal for small runs and one-off pieces.
High detail accuracy
High detail accuracy for logos, illustration and photographic artwork.
No setup fee
Nothing to digitise and no screens to burn, so there is no setup charge at all.
From artwork to doorstep
Five steps, no surprises. Tap through to see exactly what happens at each one.
Step 1 of 5
Send your design
Provide artwork in a high-resolution format — PNG is our recommendation — and tell us the garments and quantity.
- 300dpi at print size, PNG with a transparent background
- Tell us the print size and placement you want
- Flag any deadline up front
Step 2 of 5
Artwork review
We check your file to make sure it is print-ready and optimise it if needed.
- We flag low-resolution files before production
- Colour profile converted for the printer
Step 3 of 5
Mockup approval
A visual mockup is shared for your approval. Changes at this stage cost nothing.
Step 4 of 5
Printing
Once approved and payment is confirmed, your garments are pre-treated, printed and cured.
Step 5 of 5
Delivery
Your finished items are checked, packed and dispatched to your location.
Turnaround time
Standard turnaround time is 7 - 14 business days after approval and payment. Faster turnaround may be available depending on order size.
No minimums
Unlike screen printing, DTG allows low or no minimum order quantities, making it perfect for startups, test runs and personalised pieces.
Delivery

Not sure? Send us your artwork and we will tell you which method suits it best — at no cost.
Before you send your artwork
Aim for 300dpi at the size it will print, ideally a PNG with a transparent background. If your file is smaller than that we will tell you before anything is printed.
Not as well. DTG ink bonds with cotton fibres, so cotton and high-cotton blends give the best result. Polyester-heavy garments print duller and softer — send us the garment details and we will advise.
DTG is cheaper for small runs because there is nothing to set up. Screen printing overtakes it somewhere around 20–50 pieces, depending on colour count. Use the comparison table above.
No — it is a one-off per design. Once your artwork is set up we keep the file, so repeat orders using the same logo skip the fee entirely.
Yes. Quantity tiers are counted across the whole order, so jackets, aprons and polos all count toward the same volume break.
Often, yes — send us the garment details and we will confirm. On larger runs we ask for a test piece first, since we cannot accept responsibility for customer-supplied stock.
No. Prices shown exclude GST and delivery — your written quote shows both.
