When you order uniforms, you want to know exactly when they'll arrive. At Ace Chef Apparels, most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, with very remote areas adding around another 5 business days. Here's how it works.
Our delivery timeframes
Here's what to expect once your order is dispatched.
Most locations: 2–5 business days
For the majority of metro and regional addresses, your uniforms arrive within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch.
Very remote areas: add around 5 business days
If you're in a very remote location, allow roughly an extra 5 business days on top of the standard window.
Custom & embroidered orders
Items with custom embroidery or branding may need extra production time before dispatch — we'll always let you know upfront.
Planning your order
If you have an event, opening or new intake of staff coming up, it pays to order early — especially for custom or embroidered items. If you're working to a deadline, just tell us and we'll do our best to help you order in good time. And remember, delivery windows are counted in business days, which exclude weekends and public holidays.
