I was hesitant to buy these based on other reviews, but crocs weren't cutting it anymore.
Don't do what I did which is jump straight into wearing them for a full shift (walking on lego was comparable). Instead take your time breaking them in for a few hours at a time.
Right now, they are incredibly comfy, mould to my feet within minutes and just feel like a dream.
I wipe with a warm towel after each work day and they look brand new.
To the review that says the glue is falling apart and the shoes, I wonder if they read the care guide that says to avoid chemicals and submerging the shoes, because I am having zero issues.

Sturdy material, the cross back design is a game changer for removing stress off neck and back during long shifts. The pen holders and towel holders are also a neat addition that I use daily.
