Refund and Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing Ace Chef Apparel. We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, and we've outlined our return policy below to assist you.

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange or a full refund, provided the items are in resalable and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Details: For exchanges related to style, size, or change of mind, please return the items in unused condition. We recommend using a tracking service for security purposes, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced returns. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for sale or run-out items, except under legally required circumstances. All purchases are final.

Self-serve returns: To initiate a return, start the process using this link. You will receive a code via email to set up your account, view your order history, and request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required. Contact us if you didn't receive the invoice. Ace Chef Apparels reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for items in poor condition, covering packaging, steaming, refolding, and, in extreme cases, dry cleaning.

Exchanges: To expedite the process and secure the items you desire, the quickest method is to place a new order for the preferred items and subsequently ship back the unwanted ones. Please send the items to 11/50 Princes Hwy Eumemmerring VIC 3177.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the full amount, minus any shipping costs, through your original payment method. Allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We'll evaluate the issue make it right and bear all the return costs associated with the order 

Initiating a Return: Contact us at sales@acechefapparels.com.au to start a return. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: No returns or exchanges for change of mind on SALE/Promotional items, custom orders, or garments with embroidery, screen printing, or embellishments. Worn, soiled, or damaged products won't be refunded, and customers bear return shipping costs for refusals. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges for sale items or gift cards.
