101-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

Ace Chef Apparels offers a generous 101-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. This applies to both domestic and international customers.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Custom orders

  • Garments with embroidery, screen printing, or other embellishments

  • Worn, soiled, or damaged products

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a delivery is refused or return conditions are not met.

Returns & Exchanges – Australian Customers

We have partnered with Australia Post to offer a flat $22 return or exchange fee per order, regardless of order size.

This fee covers:

  • Return and replacement shipping (for exchanges)

  • Deduction from the refund amount (for returns), along with any original shipping charges

Each return must be submitted separately. Once a return label is generated, the request cannot be cancelled or reversed.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must use the Return Portal link provided. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required, which can be accessed HERE

Items received in poor condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover repackaging, steaming, or dry cleaning costs.

Returns & Exchanges – International Customers

The same 101-day return policy applies to international customers. However, the self-serve return label option is not available outside of Australia.

International customers are required to arrange and pay for return shipping at their own cost. Returned items must be in resaleable condition and include original tags and packaging.

If a return or exchange is the result of an error or fault on the part of Ace Chef Apparels, we will cover the return shipping charges.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If shipping insurance or transit warranty is required, it must be selected and paid for at the time of order or return shipment.

Virtual Fit-Out Measuring Service

To help reduce returns due to sizing issues, Ace Chef Apparels offers a complimentary Virtual Fit-Out Measuring Service on selected orders. Our team also takes care to verify sizing details before dispatch wherever possible. Please note this is a courtesy service and not guaranteed on every order.

Free Shipping Policy

Orders over $300 within Australia qualify for free standard shipping.

Free international shipping may be offered during promotional periods and is subject to availability and minimum order values. It is not guaranteed on all international orders.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping fees and original delivery charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also refund the associated shipping costs.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
