These wider serrations glide through the bread with ease. Cutting is even smoother because Shun designed the serrations so there's an equal amount of cutting power on the forward and back strokes. Look at the blade and you can see that the serrations lean forward on the front of the blade and backward on the back of the blade. That small change makes a big difference in cutting ease.

They are good jackets for the price. I bought five, had a small issue with one of them, and their customer service promptly sent me a new one, as well as guided me on how to get it fixed, in case I want to use the jacket. Only downside I find about their clothing is they slap their logo tags everywhere around it, so I feel like a walking ad in the kitchen, lol. But I do vouch for their products, everything I've used so far is good
Really nice material. My last one was last long for 7yeas and still in good condition. Love the legs room of this style. It’s not as baggy as others. Will re purchase soon.

This jacket is my new favourite. It's got everything you need: comfy, nice design, apron holder and you get this nice look with roll up sleeves. The sizes are a bit bigger than the average so keep that in mind when choosing your size.
